Surprisingly only four large skins were damaged, I phoned Van's they said no worries take delivery so you can start building get them the inventory ASAP. I did just that and WOW customer service it was so easy to get the replacement skins, Van's staff handled all the freight claims I did not have to do a thing. I know I chose the right kit builder.
